Precedent Image

Here are two precedent images for my laser-cut design. One resembles a fluid motion of fire, while the other is a pic of the inside of a dome. These images were used to make the parts separately and join them together.

CONSTRUCTION

The construction of my laser-cut model began with a series of ideas

involving bases and cuts. They were then cut out using the laser cutter nd joined together to make the parts

Below is the planning stage including outlines of the bases and the cuts.

The images below represent a series of sketch models- basic designs for what my final model may look like. These only resemble parts of the model, or ideas used for the final construction
